What are credits?
Credits are the currency used in UnstableML to generate videos, images, and other features. Each video generation, image creation, or feature request requires a certain number of credits. The number of credits you have depends on your subscription plan. Coming soon, you'll be able to purchase additional credits as top-ups if you use up all your subscription credits.
Can I roll over unused credits to the next month?
If you have a subscription, your credits last for the entire month and reset at the start of each billing cycle. But if you don't have a subscription, your credits reset every day, and any unused credits won't carry over to the next day.
What happens if I downgrade a plan?
If you downgrade your plan, you'll retain the perks of your current plan until the end of the billing period. Once the billing period ends, your account will transition to the features and benefits of the downgraded plan.
Can I use generations commercially?
Free plan generations include a watermark and cannot be used commercially. Any paid plan (Lite, Standard, Pro, Premium, or Enterprise) removes the watermark and allows commercial usage of your generated videos.
What is UnstableML's refund policy?
UnstableML does not offer refunds for any purchases or subscriptions. All sales are final.
